have been rated EXCELLENT by the State of Ohio, six
years in a row! We also have many colleges and
universities within close proximity to Beavercreek.

State University, University of Dayton, Central
State University, Wilberforce University, and
Sinclair Community College.
Our extensive park system includes an outstanding
bike trail, a wetland/nature preserve, and a
