  • The Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce enjoys the support of many important committees that help carry out the programs and services we provide to our members and the Beavercreek business community. As a committee member you're partnering with the staff and Board of Directors to see an event through. Some responsibilities include, venue selection, creating a theme/marketing for the event, assistance with obtaining sponsorships, event execution, and any other logistics the event or service entails. We have a talented business community here in Beavercreek, and we look forward to working with you! If you or someone from your organization have any interest in joining a committee, please contact info@beavercreekchamber.org.

     

    Annual Meeting: March 2019, chaired by Rebecca Siciarz

    The Annual Meeting is hosted for our membership to share how the past year went, present awards, and present our goals and direction for the next year.
     
     

    Awards Selection Committee: February, chaired by Vice Chair, Tabitha Guidone

    Assist in nominating and selecting annual award winners to be presented at the Annual Meeting.

     

    Board Nominations Committee: October, chaired by Vice Chair, Tabitha Guidone

    Approve Board of Directors applications for the Board of Directors election.

     

    By-Law Committee: 2019, chair TBD

    Work with staff and Executive Committee to update chamber by-laws, policies and procedures, and other governing documents.

     

    CERT (Chamber Emergency Response Team): as needed, chaired by Chris Beck

    Put into action should we have an emergency within the chamber or community.

     

    Finance Committee: meet quarterly, chaired by Treasurer, Jerry Butts

    Provides oversight pertaining to all financial keeping.

     

    Taste of Greene County: April 2019, chaired by Dianna Cordle

    Annual community event where restaurants and other vendors can showcase themselves to the Beavercreek community.
