Casa Núñez would like to invite you to join us as we continue our international food travels during the month of May. We will visit some of our favorite countries in South America.
We also like to play a little game and challenge you to find the translations to some of the dishes we have included in each of our dinners.
On Wednesday, May 10, we will go to Chile with another traditional menu which includes “Choripán”, “Ensalda Chilena”, “Cazuela”, and “Turron de Vino”.
We will then travel to Argentina on Thursday, May, 20 for our return to the dishes that everyone likes: “Empanadas”, “Churrasco con Chimichurri”, Ensalada de Espinacas”, and “Alfajores”.
Then, we will be ready to dance some “Samba” as we spend the evening of Monday, May 24, in Brazil. Let’s see how many of you will understand the menu: “Salsa de Palmitos”, “Moqueca de Camarao”, Mandicoca Frita”, and “Acai”.
Our last stop is scheduled for Friday, May 28, when we will enjoy the food of Peru. An authentic dinner that includes “Ceviche”, “Ensalada Solterito”, “Carapulcra con Sopa Seca”, and “Suspiro de Lima”.
