Thank the Candidates!
Join us Monday, November 5th as we Thank the Candidates. Many of the candidates for office that you'll be voting on the next day will be on hand serving up the slices during our All-You-Can-Eat Buffet from 4:30 to 8. In exchange for their serving skills, we'll be making a donation to one of our favorite causes.
Whether or not they get your vote, we hope you'll join us in thanking them for running. Every candidate puts themselves and their families out there. It's through their campaigns that we discuss issues and values. They make it happen. Without candidates, it doesn't work. :)
You get to decide whether or not you agree with them on Tuesday. On Monday, I think we can all agree to thank them for vigorously and tirelessly participating in our democracy. It's an amazing thing, this country we live in.
Representative Rick Perales for Ohio District 73 will be one of the candidates serving up the slices. If you don't yet follow Rick on Facebook, click here (facebook.com/RepRickPerales/) and like his page. It will give you an idea of how hard our elected officials work for us. The man is everywhere, listening to everyone--and occasionally living the pizza life. :)
AJ Williams, Greene County Clerk of Courts is seeking election to continue serving as your Clerk of Court. Click here (facebook.com/AJForClerk/) to like and follow his Facebook page. This Carroll High School and University of Dayton Grad is the former Greene County Recorder and Regional Director for Ohio Secretary of State John Husted. After the 5th, he can add Pizza Server Extraordinaire to his long list of accomplishments.
Also joining us will be Greene County Treasurer and Candidate for County Commissioner Dick Gould, CPA. Dick Gould has a lifetime of service to our community. He's a Real Estate Broker, CPA, former officer with the Fairborn Police Department, and has a Master in Accounting degree from Miami. He's been Greene County Treasurer for Moe than seven years, and also serves as an adjunct instructor at Park University at WPAFB. Click here (facebook.com/dickgouldcpa) to like his Facebook page and visit dickgouldcpa.com to learn why he'd like to earn your vote for County Commissioner.
If you're a candidate, or prior candidate, and would like to join us in serving up the slices on Monday, November 5, we hope you'll reach out to us at teresa@beavercreekpizza.com
