    About the Opportunity

    The Greentree Group employees are truly valued and treated with respect.  You’ll be working with an outstanding team with an impressive track record.  We need a talented RPA Analyst with Software Development experience to join our team in the Dayton, OH (WPAFB) area.  In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of activities to include, but not limited to, the following: 

     

    • Documenting RPA processes, developing standards and generating leadership-level reports.
    • Developing processes and questionnaires and user guides.
    • Determining technical and procedural requirements to apply RPA capabilities.
    • Creating effective RPA project communication for all audiences.
    • Facilitating RPA change management and implementation.
    • Execute configuration, testing, and verification responsibilities (to include correcting defects).

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience.
    • Understanding of software development concepts and processes or experience in development of process improvement workflows.
    • Knowledge of .Net, SQL, and/or VBA
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes, policies and measurements.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with experience documenting and/or designing business processes.
    • Highly Professional and self-motivated, ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Familiarity RPA and/or Test Automation concepts.
    • Familiarity with Blue Prism, UIPath, Pega, or other RPA software.
    • Experience with Air Force Financial Systems.
    • Strong .Net, SQL, and/or VBA experience.
    • Experience negotiating the scope of solutions with stakeholders.
    • Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows.
