    Your day to day

    The Banquet Captain is primarily responsible for providing support in all areas of Banquets including but not limited to set-ups, food tickets, and checks. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Banquet Captain will work with the Banquet Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.

    · Coordinates the banquet set up preliminaries completely.

    · Conducts pre-meal staff meetings.

    · Supervises on-going banquets.

    · Closes all banquets completely and accurately.

    · Collects food tickets and checks.

    · Assists Banquet Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager in overall department performance.

    · Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager

    Pay: From $12.00 per hour

    • High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
    • Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)

    · Able to stand for full shift

    · Able to lift at least 30 pounds

    · Able to climb and descend a long flight of while carrying trays full of food/dishes

    · Able to work quickly under pressure

    · Able to read a diagram and divide it into servers’ stations

    • Must be able to work in areas of loud noises.
