All users of our website shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, truth in advertising, and all related laws. Users shall not use this website or its content to transmit (whether by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) any information without express permission of the owner, or engage in any activity that infringes any copyright or any other right of a third party that violates copyright and intellectual property rights. The Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce will consider all applications for membership, referred to as "partnership". Partnership with the Chamber is conditioned upon approval of the application by the Chamber in accordance with our Bylaws. If you have applied for partnership and are declined, your application fee and/or dues will be fully refunded to you. Once membership is approved and paid, your account will be active for twelve months before renewal invoice is sent.
Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided.
