      Tom Rubens has been a lifelong entrepreneur. He began trading on The Chicago Board Options Exchange after graduating from the University Of Illinois, and traded commodities and options for 13 years, before entering the minor league sports business.

      The Accountability Factor is a Small Business Coaching and Consulting Practice, whose mission is to inspire and guide entrepreneurs, artists, inventors, and creatives to maximize the monetary value of their businesses and creations, while living fulfilling lives and becoming the best possible versions of themselves.

      Tom passionately enjoys starting businesses and helping others reach for their dreams. He is the host of The Accountability Factor Radio Hour, Saturdays at 4PM in Dayton, Ohio, on 95.7 FM and AM 1290 News Talk Radio WHIO. The show is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs on every step of their journey with expert interviews, lively conversation, and regular features.

      A perpetual seeker, Tom is also an apprentice Vision Quest guide and leads men and women on wilderness journeys filled with passionate exploration of the limitless potential inside all of us.
