Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce
With mixed emotions the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors wishes to notify the membership and Beavercreek Community that Amanda Byers, President/CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber has informed the Executive Committee and Board of Directors that she is resigning from her position. She has accepted a new position, this change will take effect August 13th, 2021. Amanda has been a wonderful addition to the chamber since she started in March of 2018. She has guided the chamber and the Beavercreek Community through the difficult few years. Most notably she helped champion the tornado relief and has helped the chamber and its members through the COVID 19 pandemic. Although we are sad to see Amanda leave, we know she will do amazing things and will continue to be a strong advocate for the Beavercreek Community. The entire chamber board wishes Amanda the best for her future.
HIRING OF NEW PRESIDENT/CEO
The Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors would like to inform its members that the chamber has hired Wendy Rodgers to be the next President/CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce. Wendy has served on the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce board for the past three years, including having served as the 2020 Board Chair and 2021 Vice Chair. Wendy has been a licensed realtor since 2018, She is currently with Irongate Realtors in Beavercreek. Prior to that she spent almost 20 years as a certified paralegal. She is currently the president elect for the Beavercreek Kiwanis Club, served on the Beavercreek Zoning and Appeals Board, and is involved in many other community outreach and volunteer programs. We are pleased to have Wendy in this capacity and look forward to seeing all the wonderful ideas and energy that she will bring to the chamber.
