Scott Family Mcdonald's is seeking a restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for keeping things running smoothly?


We are looking for a Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our kitchen stays in top shape.


What you will do:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, toasters, brewers, ice makers, dispensers, coolers/freezers, HVAC, exhaust fans/systems)
  • Service refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and plumbing components
  • Perform preventative maintenance to avoid downtime
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and management to prioritize repairs


What we are looking for:

  • Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
  • Solid HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills (certifications preferred)
  • Plumbing knowledge (fixtures, drains, water lines)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Vacation:
