EEK! I Don't Know What to Say!!!!!!!
Have you ever been in the situation where you have witnessed something difficult for another person or perhaps have that person share that experience with you after the fact? You want so badly to let them know you understand their feelings, but instead you feel like running away. Maybe you deflect and start a different conversation. Maybe you respond and directly afterwards feel like whatever you did was not enough or just not right.
Relax - You are not alone. Empathy is not an inherent strength for everyone. In fact, it can be downright hard. Many of us struggle with what it looks like to another person, but the good news is, it can be learned.
Come join Rhonda Reagh, Ph.D., executive coach and trainer, Reagh and Associates, as she helps us explore what empathy is and isn't and how to increase our empathy competency. Participate in exercises designed to help you think through how you experience empathy in your own life and how to put that knowledge to work in your relationships with others.

Registrants who are not able to cancel three days prior to an event may send another individual from their company in their place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
