Justin Stephens

I'm a managing partner and co-founder of a digital advertising company and active in a new role as a Community Outreach and Special Project manager for several local Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles offices. I believe that faith, family, and our community are the most important and rewarding things one can invest in.

I have a combined 14 years experience in all levels of management through several major transitional periods with the BMV and 15 years experience with the Army as a Senior Human Resources Sergeant and Paratrooper. As a partner of NextGen Advertising, I lead day-to-day operations to drive success in client acquisition and satisfaction while strictly upholding my values of honesty and integrity.
