Known for her passion for excellence and commitment to serving those who serve, Melissa brings deep insight into the challenges organizations face in today’s complex environment. As a Senior Manager at The Greentree Group, she led a team of 60+ professionals delivering critical operational support in financial systems, IT management, cybersecurity, and robotic process automation. Melissa holds a B.S. in Management and Computer Information Systems and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Art Todd – Principal Art Todd is a seasoned Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and driving strategic business transformations. At The Greentree Group, Art oversees major project portfolios, guiding organizations through system transformations and aligning diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals. Pam Rigling – Principal Pam Rigling brings 25 years of experience in professional services leadership, marketing, and communication. Since joining The Greentree Group in 2021, Pam has launched and managed the Intelligent Automation Team and served as Operations Manager for Back To Business I.T. , driving significant growth and innovation. A proud Daytonian, Pam is passionate about communicating effectively to build strong teams, fostering clarity of purpose, and creating sustainable solutions for organizational velocity .
